Hello,

Do duties and responsibilities have to match exactly with mentioned in CIC NOC list? My title is matching but duties and responsibilities are little different

Please suggest if that can be a problem

It need not be a cut-paste job kind of match - in fact that raises suspicion. As long as they are broadly similar, it is fine.

Title does not have to match. The duties and responsibilities are much more important, as is the lead statement (provides important context, e.g. type of industry, customer, product, etc). They should "match" in the sense of correspond to those of the NOC, but in your employer's own words - they should not be identical, you should never just cut and paste from the NOC,

You need to choose the NOC that is the best match with duties and responsibilities; don't choose by job title.
