Can some1 please reply to this? regarding the attestation of O and A level results from the cambridge university
WES now requires secondary education certificates attested too.
The other two organisations, ICAS and CES, they dont require secondary education documents.
So can can any1 please help me with this, whether WES is the best for getting the ECA or we can try ICAS or CES too?

I have two queries:

Kindly tell me what is the attestation procedure for a degree which someone has got from abroad (UK).
For example in my case my BSc engg is from UET, Pakistan but later I did Masters from UK.
Masters program was of 1 year full time (2011-2012).

I have done O/A-levels so what is the procedure for its attestation. Like do I need to attest IBCC equivalence or from British Council or what!!

Regarding O & A levels:
What I have read from this forum....someone shared their experience that he just got the equivalence made for both and sent that,along with photocopies of O/A levels result to WES and his status read application in process so yay I'm done.
I messaged him to ask if he got his ECA but got to replies yet.
On the other hand, I bugged WES ALOT with it. Kept emailing them because I myself have done O and A levels.
What they have to say is
"Please visit the link below for document requirement for Cambridge International Examinations/British Council
http://www.wes.org/required/UKExamBodies.html"
Meaning, we need to get the certifying statement for our O, A'levels from Cambridge, which is a 4 weeks procedure and 33 pounds for each statement, O levels and A levels separately. Cambridge sends these statements directly to WES.
Now this is confusing, as WES requires something else but approved the equivalence for O and A levels for some1..??
If you want to be on the safe side, go with WES instructions that I have stated above i.e the certifying statement for both to be sent to them by Cambridge.
But you will still be needing the equivalence for the HEC attestation of your bachelors degree.

The IBCC took them for verification which took just 1 day. Then got it sealed and stamped in an envelope and had it couriered to their courier address.

If you have done O&A Levels from Pakistan. First you need the equivalence certificates. Then you have to get the photocopies of the equivalence certificates attested by IBCC. Then get it sealed and stamped to be couriered to WES.ahmedkhan1603 said:

The process to send O&A levels certificates verification from Cambridge and all is a requirement only for UK based people. This is what I think and have gathered from the knowledge in this website shared by other people
By the Grace of Allah, my evaluation at WES has finally started.
I did the following 2 steps to get past the hurdle of this SSC/HSSC requirement for O&A levels:-
1. IBCC sealed & stamped attested photocopies of both O&A levels in a single envelop. I did not attach that transcript form for either. And sent it through Leopard Courier.
2. Sent O&A level photocopies of both certificates in a separate envelop.
I hope it is clear now for everyone.

I did the same, but WES has changed the status to "Not acceptable". I called them as well and they have clearly instructed me to send the results to WES directly from University of Cambridge?? That will cost me (36 pounds) for each exam session plus that will take 1 complete month.
I am completely devastated. Can you pls tell that while you filled your educational details, what did you specify for the awarding instituition name? Whether you wrote "Edexcel or University of Cambridge" or IBCC Pakistan.
Pls let me know ASAP, your info might help me.

Please guide how to fill WES online application form. If we get the equivalence from IBCC then Should we mention Matric and Intermediate in Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or just stick to O and A Level? your timely reply is highly appreciated as the deadline for submitting immigration application is running out.
