submitted fake diploma certificate..what to do now

Hi All,
here is my case..I applied for study visa permit at CHC new delhi I got accepted into Master Degree program at Concordia University for sep 2013 intake and submitted one year fake diploma in Computer Science along with my visa application.But my application was not processed on time due to strike or some other issue and I was unable to attend fall intake 2013. Therefore my agent suggested me to withdraw your petition and reapply next year. and I did the same withdrew my application three weeks ago..and received my passport back but they did not give any reasons why my application was not processed on time this is first thing I want to know and that is why I am on this forum ?
Second thing is that I am afraid that if I apply for next sept session 2014 and submit all documents including one year fake diploma along with my study visa application then I`ll ban for two years. Please help me what to do? Do consulate have a record of the documents, which I submitted last time specially when I did withdraw my application I heard that since decision was not made on my application so embassy did not have records. but I am not sure about it..Senior members please help me out how to tackle this problem...

@xubi..Thanks for your reply ..My concern is that If I dont submit this fake certificate next time then VO will think that why he does not submit this certificate.
Does VO has record of my documents, which I submitted last year if the answer is YES then I dont have any options except submitting it again.
But if VO does not look on my record or she/he does not have record then it would be OK not to put it again along with visa application...I would request senior members please suggest me what to do...your response would be greatly appreciated and I look forward to hearing from you ...

so now what to do...this certificate was issued by private institute and I talked both to owner of the institute and faculty. they assured me that if embassy calls and asks about your diploma then they will give right feed back..how will embassy verify? I guess they just call the institute and ask details..it is very unlikely that they will visit institute personally and inquery about my diploma..is not it?

1) Resubmit your Canadian application WITHOUT fake documents. If they ask you what happened to the other documents, you can tell them the truth and apologize....profusely. Its a 50-50 chance that they could appreciate your honesty and may overlook your 1st indiscretion. but, remember thats a gamble you might have to take.

2) Your 2nd option is to apply to a different country. You were not refused Canadian visa so you dont have an issue there. Also make sure that this time you DO NOT submit any fake documents

I have not yet understood the reason why people think its okay to lie on applications. Whatever happened to honesty and integrity? I mean, does your conscience not bother you at all when you submit fake documents? And, then when your visas get refused, you blame everybody but yourself.

Embassy have a list of designated educational institutions in India.Apply with fake document rejection are for sure.I hope you have heard of AICTE , UGC Approval institutes.

Dont worry you can alternatively start with a clean slate if you dont want to get into the hassle of all the above. Since you already made arrangements for fake degree I am sure you can also get f a k e p a s s p o r t use a different name to be on the safe side. (for example Tinku_Toy) and then you'll get new UCI number, new file number, etc. They will definitely verify and they are quite good at spotting fake from real. Now if you are lucky you might have an IO who is not that smart and might not be able to spot the difference but thats a chance you have to take yaar. They will definately check but not sure how. So relax and go ahead and apply dont worry about minor details. If you are caught get a new passport, new degree and new name and apply again.

AS I SAID BEFORE THIS IS PRIVATE INSTITUTE WHICH IS NOT RECOGNIZED BY AICTE OR UGC OR ANY INDIAN UNIVERSITY LIKE POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA FROM BLA BLA UNIVERSITY..MOREOVER THIS INSTITUTE HAS ONLY ONE BRANCH HERE IN MY CITY..AND FOR YOU KIND INFORMATION I DID NOT WANT TO PUT THIS CERTIFICATE..ITS FU***G AGENT WHO TOLD ME PUT ONE YEAR DIPLOMA TO FILL UP ONE YEAR GAP..AND I WAS SO STUPID I DID THE SAME AS HE WANTED...BUT MY QUESTION REMAINS UNANSWERED

I dont know and I dont think anybody knows the answer to this. But embassies have blacklisted universities and colleges before - on basis of providing fake certificates. So, I am sure they have a way of finding it out.

See, you dont even get the point :................the point is not whether you get caught or not. The point is why do you even have to lie? And if you are so confident that you will NOT get caught, then why are you worried?

You cannot have the best of both worlds......you want to lie and you think its okay BUT you also dont want to bear the consequences when you get caught. Thats not going to happen. Sooner or later you will have to bear the consequences of your actions.

Maybe you will get your visa now but later on when you are applying for PR, maybe your lie would be caught and they would not grant you residency. I used to think why do they take sooooooo much time to grant residency when they have already checked our papers. Well, now I know. Its for people who have lied on their student visa application. If you have lied, you will slip somewhere and, thats when they will catch you and, rightfully penalize you.

They will verify more than one way, they also know that if they call any idiot can pick up the phone on the other end and talk smooth. They will ask certain questions that only universities know and also verify information on their database about this university/institutions/email/transcripts/former students who applied. The more elusive the person on the other line is they more they'll be suspicious. Is also quite possible they may send local agent to physically check out the place.
