My represntative who does every paperwork for work permit and pr, he said u need to wait till april..so i was confused... i confirm with chatgpt.. but representative told if u want to file, i can help you apply but any issues like why did apply earlier please dont come to me again... thats what happening around me..
Your calculation is correct using the physical presence calculator. But you can let a few days pass before applying just to be safe. You can apply one week after December 3. You dont need a lawyer to apply. Its pretty straightforward and easy. My suggestion will be to use the lawyer only if its free.
