If they asked you to re-submit only the photo, then it another 2-3 months wait for the AOR. If your application was returned saying it was incomplete then i think you'll have to re-apply with a new application. They must have returned your application fee if the applicated was returned.

Did they mention why the photo was rejected?

I've the same status, was wondering how come Background got completed so fast!

I believe that's needed to invite one for citizenship. If background fails, they probably can not move you further.

That is not like that. I got exam invite at Sept 1 (May 2026 applicant), got LPP completed after test Completed, but Background check is still In Progress.
