December 2023 applicant. Received the medical requests yesterday. Finally after 15 months of zero correspondence.

I did raise an ATIP request first week of August to see the GCMS notes to see the status of the application. Did not receive any notes even though it has been over 2 months but atleast got the medical request now.

No, first one. There were multiple requests for further information and documentations though.

IRCC has launched a new status tracker https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...s/application/application-status-tracker.html However, it won't let me "verify" the one-time password at step 3 screen. Anyone else tried this? how is it any different than the previous tracker?

Just tried this; it's giving me this error. I entering the code right away, but still, ugh

Error 1: Verification code - The verification code you entered has expired. Resend the verification email to review a new code.

Ok, now it's telling me "application not found".

So. Incredibly. Frustrating.

mine tells me I'm not a representative, very annoying. They should spend resources on processing applications not on this

Same. I was experiencing the same issues and now, like your next post, it says application not found.

Has anyone tried submitting a web form inquiring about the status of the file? Any responses received except the generic auto response?

No; although I did apply for ATIP. But then I got an e-mail recently that my request is closed b/c I did not provide the required identity documents, which is bizarre and untrue if you ask me, but it's not like I can contest it.

Anyhow, fine I'm required to re-submit my request, but now when I try to do that, they have a whole new ATIP portal it seems, and I've been chasing my tail, going around in circles trying to create a profile there. The whole thing has been nothing but grief, sigh!

Sucks. Sorry to hear that. Im thinking of trying my luck with the web form and see if I get any response. I got the notes last year after waiting a few months but didn't help much other than knowing the obvious I.e., enhanced security checks.

Just make an ATIP request to CBSA - they use the same gcms system and I've found that CBSA are usually faster in responding.

Congrats. Do you know if your file underwent comprehensive security checks - or was the delay due to document requests
