Trying to create tracker now, got confirmation code screen... but after service fails with unexpected error

Finally I was able to create the tracker lol.. I used incognito window on chrome to do it, If someone is still struggling, give it a try.. Don't add hyphens in your UCI number. Just the numbers only.

[vital350]

it is not sending email with code :/

did you use a representative for PR application? if so, the code is sent to your representative's email address, no matter which email you filled in your citizenship application

I was able to create my tracker as well. Chrome Incognito didn’t work for me, but I was successful using Incognito mode in Edge.
