Hi! Are there any applicants based in Quebec or Montreal? My test has been complete since July 8, not nothing has been updated yet.
I wonder if it's due to Quebec election coming on Oct 5 and IRCC want to process it after Quebec election is over?

It's in your AOR letter.
It will say Case Processing Centre + City Name.

Citizenship tracker is back online btw. For couple of months there had been no updates but I see the last update being October 2nd. Surprisingly it is showing LPP completed Aug 15th, I still havent received any oath letter though. Applied March 28th.

No update in Tracker though
