Ankara visa office not giving date for interview

Hello everyone i my husband is in Iran we submitted the outside canada spousal sponsorship in May 2 2025, he has completed his biometrics medical and security we received a letter on April 7 2026 saying we will receive and interview date in 3-6 weeks and till date we have not received it. We have called IRCC many times which has no help.

We have made webforms and sent emails and don't get much answers besides them saying to wait. We feel helpless at this point. Has anyone else been through this?

If you are a PR how did you obtain status? Asylum? Refugee? If neither there is likely a pause on many Iranian applications due to the war.
