I believe is automatic, same linked, but I'm not sure.
Test is easy, just have to study using the oficial material.

Hey, congratulations on your test. The Tracker is basically not working for the past month or so. So, no updates on Tracker and no one is able to create a Tracker either. You will directly hear from IRCC about your Oath date in November based on the timeline. Basically, there is nothing we can do from our end once the test is done.

I received an email from IRCC indicating that my application was missing information and asking me to log in to my account to check the details.

For the language proof, my initial submission was an enrolment letter from my university, and the document type I selected was "Letter from Institution".

I resubmitted the same document, but this time I highlighted the sentence “Courses at the University of Toronto are taught and assessed in the English language” and changed the document type to “Post-secondary education in English.”

In my case, does this mean my AOR timeline restarts from the resubmission date, and I may have to wait another three months?

Update:

I received my AOR on September 23, but two days later, I received another email from IRCC stating that my application was incomplete due to an issue with my language proof. I’m also unable to create a tracker account. I will submit my transcript instead. However, does this mean that the AOR I received is no longer valid?

I got my AOR in August 31 2026
I got citizenship test invitation in September 09 2026
Passed citizenship test in September 12 2026
I try signing in to my citizenship tracker account and input the information from my AOR for the application number and UCI but it keeps giving me this error: Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.
Is this normal ? What should I do to track my application ?

My daughter completed her citizenship test today and received a score of 16 out of 20. This was her first attempt.

However, she is concerned that the photo of her photo ID (PR Card) may not have been captured clearly because there was some glare from the lighting.

Since the citizenship application tracker is currently not working, I would like to know how she can confirm whether her test result has been accepted and whether she passed the test officially.

If there is an issue with the photo ID because of the glare, will IRCC contact her or ask her to retake the test or will it be an interview?
Since this was her first attempt, can she voluntarily take the second attempt now, or does she have to wait until IRCC officially determines that the first attempt was unsuccessful or invalid?
If she can contact IRCC by phone to confirm the status of her test, how many days after completing the test should she wait before calling?

i dont think you need to wait to take the second attempt. but her situation seems fine. in most cases if the ID is unclear they'll email you later to upload your ID again, instead of invalidate your test result.

you should be able to call IRCC and confirm test was completed 10 days after taking it. the exact timing varies from person to person though.

Don't worry about the photo — if they need any clarification, they'll follow up with you. Since the UCI number is linked to the photo ID, and the face is visible throughout the test, they should be able to reconcile everything on their end. Just in case additional ID is needed, you'll receive an email requesting it — I've seen this happen in other forum posts — so your daughter should be fine.

You can also call IRCC after about a week, and they should be able to confirm on their end whether the test has been completed.

Just a heads-up, as you've probably seen elsewhere in the forum — the tracker has been down and hasn't updated since the first week of August. If you're looking for a status update, your best bet is to call IRCC, ideally around 8 am your local time.

Question: do we enter with no hyphens i assume?

2- once we sign in, we click “email me test link”. Question: After we do this, we have to close this tab we have open? Or keep it open?

3- Then they email us a special link, we click on that link from our gmail in a new tab?

4- re-verify our identiy, take photos from the web-page

5- then then we press “start test” and 45min timer starts?

Is there no sample process to rub though to make sure our camera etc… meets requirements? Or is the actual test what we need to do and steps are correct?
