Does anyone have an Excel sheet or tracker for inland spousal/common-law sponsorship applicants where we can follow application timelines, AOR dates, biometrics, medical, background checks, and final decisions?

It is extremely variable. Would at least look for threads posting about sponsorship from the same country. How much time you have spent together in person can have an impact on processing. For example if this was an arranged marriage and you’ve only met in person on a few occasions and have spent minimal time together in person you will be assessed differently that a married couple that have lived together for a few years for example. Where the spouse is from and their education or work history can also influence processing time is there is a need for an enhanced security check.
