You have to find a genuine employer willing to give you a job offer and legitimate LMIA so you need to search on Canadian job sites. Get ECA for degree. Take IELTS or another language tests. LMIAs are very difficult to secure because of changes and cuts to immigration. Focus on high wage jobs only.
