I am wondering how long before the interview they send the instructions - weeks/days/months before?

I got my instructions email for interview on June 4 so about 3weeks before

Thanks to all who replied to my Q about interviews.
To update you in case it helps anyone:

I have finally received my interview instructions via email (about 3 weeks before my scheduled time), and it will be an in-person interview, although i was hoping for a virtual (because I had a planned business trip , which now I will have to cancel). In the email instructions IRCC mention that they can consider rescheduling for exceptional circumstances, but it doesn’t say what the alternative dates are. I am not taking any chances, as I am assuming it may get delayed even further and I would rather reschedule my business trip instead.

Hi everyone, I had my virtual oath ceremony on September 1, sent my signed oath declaration right after ceremony around 10am and received my e-certificate on same day around 3pm. I have been able to apply for my passport this morning. Thanks for all the your engagement and support. Wishing everyone one still waiting the best of luck.

still waiting for LPP to update Mar 16th test completed and background completed

Is anyone still waiting for LPP? My last tracker update is March 31, 2026, after that I've been hearing crickets.... I don't think my application is non-routine/complicated :/

I ordered GMCS notes once in June, the LPP have not been even started yet even though Tracker all say they are In Progress

I just ordered GMCS notes again yesterday, will see if anything else has been updated since then. I will pass the normal processing time in 2 months, so if still nothing until then I will try emailing my MP and see

in similar boat and I ordered GCMS notes in August and waiting for it, called them and same answer no issues all good

Have your BC been completed ? October 2025, all completed but stuck in security but criminality is completed. How long it took to receive GCMS notes?
