Need some guidance, I received my PR card 2 months ago after which I have moved homes within the same province. Do I need to update IRCC about my new address.

I have updated my License and CRA.

Do I need to send a webform to IRCC updating them about my new address?

Hi,

Since you have already received your PR card and your PR application has been finalized, you generally do not need to update IRCC about a change of address unless you have another active application or immigration process in progress.

Updating your driver's licence and CRA is usually the important step for your day-to-day records.

If you currently have any ongoing IRCC application (for example citizenship, PR card renewal, sponsorship, or another immigration matter), then you should update your address through the appropriate IRCC channel/web form to make sure you receive any correspondence.

Otherwise, after becoming a permanent resident and receiving your PR card, there is usually no need to send a webform just because you moved within the same province.
