Yes one person in our telegram group received his ecopr on Saturday but it is very rare to receive ecopr on Saturday

You simply answer the portal question confirming that you are physically in Canada.

GCKey/IRCC account for the PR-card update. Once the card is mailed, the status may show “Your PR card has been mailed.”
