Can you share the tracker address? I got my AOR on 22nd Aug; took my test on 7th Sept. But not able to register for the citizenship tracker. Tried in ECAS, there too no luck. Any tips?

It's been 21 days. Tracker is showing that test is not started and LPP and background chcek are in progress. Any one facing similar issue? Do we need to wait for 30 days completion to call IRCC about tracker update?

I am not sure what you are asking. Fingerprints are supposed to be sent to IRCC by RCMP itself. I don't think I will receive the result.
After submitting finger prints - I got test invite and that keeps me hoping, that my application is progressing normally.

For anyone comparing notes on wait times by office — I've been putting timelines into a small community site called Waitbase alongside the usual trackers. It covers the whole process, not just one stage (application, AOR, background check, test, LPP, oath invite, oath day).
Still early days for the numbers (24 timelines so far), so take these as rough, not gospel:
- Vancouver: typically about 74 days from LPP to the oath ceremony, based on 4 people
- Montreal: about 98 days, based on 3 people
- Winnipeg: about 66 days, based on 2 people
- Toronto and Calgary: only one timeline each so far, too little to say much yet
Small numbers for now, but it's grown from 18 to 24 just this week. If you want to add your own timeline (no account needed, just your dates), it helps make the numbers more useful for the next person asking "is my wait normal": citizenship.waitbase.ca

Only way (besides maybe calling IRCC) to know which office you belong is to request GCMS notes right? My understanding is that the office (Sydney, NS) specified on AOR letter isn't the actual processing location?
Also I guess LPP to oath means little now that tracker is down and most people don't really know when their LPP is done.
Fair point on the tracker - hopefully that gets fixed soon, I know it makes "LPP done" harder to pin down for a lot of people right now. In my case the tracker updated right before it went down, so I got lucky there.
On the office question - I don't actually know for sure whether the AOR letter's office reflects the real processing office, so take this with a grain of salt: in my own case, it was the "Team 2" label on my test invite that made me assume Vancouver, not what was on the AOR letter itself. Not authoritative, just what I went by.
Honestly the point of putting this together wasn't really about the tracker - waiting itself is the hard part, and I mostly wanted a way to see if my own case looked like an outlier or not, so I'd know whether it's worth calling IRCC or just sitting tight.

Question. When we got the invite and decide to do the test (this is for my wife for example)
Is there a warning or note right before she clicks statt so j fan leave the room? Can i help her he logged in once she is ready to do test and then i can leave at a certain point and she hits start

Instructions are crystal clear. I wouldn't risk it. Just follow the instruction on your own, from end to end. If you passed your english requirements for citizenship, there shouldn't be any problem.
IIRC, the web cam was activated as soon as you click on the generated test link and started streaming your video feed immediately.
