Family Class Sponsorship (Outside Canada) - Visitor Visa after receiving AOR

I am planning to apply for a visitor visa for my spouse after receiving the AOR for our PR application (Spouse outside Canada).
However, I am concerned about how to prove temporary intent since I have already submitted a PR application for my spouse. It seems difficult to demonstrate strong ties to the home country, especially because my spouse has completed a bachelor’s degree and is currently not working.
Is anyone else in a similar situation who can share advice on how to establish temporary intent? I was thinking of mentioning that my spouse’s family members are still in India as proof of ties.
Additionally, my spouse intends to pursue a Master’s degree in Canada, so I cannot show that they will return home to complete further education.
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Dual intent is legit.

There are no dependants yet. I will see if my spouse can start the job or education as I think either of them will act as strong intent for the temporary visa to return back home.

One day before the expiry of the passport.. Almost 7 yrs..

I provided the documents to explain financial (Bank statement for six months with minimum balance of $10k, gift letters from family members as my spouse wasn't working), Family ties (Spouse parents and brother in India, Offer letter for the new job), sponsor (marriage photos, marriage certificate, AOR, employment letter, bank statement from last 6 months, Invitation letter).. These were uploaded in the supporting documentation folder along with other required documents.. It's just depend upon the visitor visa officer as in my case, the intent to return home wasn't that strong (no dependant, new job and haven't worked before) and finances were not that high.. But I explained every aspect properly with a letter or written explanation.. So it worked in my case and visa was approved within 7 days after BIL....

No affidavit because they mean nothing and can’t be enforced.

Don't want to argue (as a side note ), just want to say that affidavits are often a last resort and they do have significant weight as a proof.

Don’t want to argue either but they don’t carry significant weight. Providing an affidavit that a visitor will return home means nothing to IRCC because it’s not enforceable. In many countries if your host does promise that you will return home within a certain period of time that does carry weight and it also can lead to potential consequences for the host. In many countries if you host someone and they don’t follow the law you can also be responsible for their actions. That is not the case in Canada. Many also think that notarizing things like an invitation letter will also help when it doesn’t and people should save their money. You can certainly say you promise to return home but what is important is concrete proof of ties to your home country, proof of savings, travel history, etc.
