I am just feeling overwhelmed and don't know where to start - any advice is gratefully received!
I am Canadian (also have British citizenship) and my husband is British; our child is dual citizen.
We live in England, but want to move to Canada. What would be the fastest way to do this? Family health issues are the reason for urgency.

From what I've read, would it be best to move there, all three of us, and do an Inland PR application for my husband, along with an application for a work permit while we're waiting for PR? Could we do that before we leave the UK? How long does it take to get the work permit (if it's even possible)?
If the company my husband works for in the UK allows it, could he work for the same job but just based in Canada, and paying Canadian taxes somehow?

As for the rest - my work, a home, buying a car, moving all our stuff, pets etc....it's just overwhelming. Does anyone know of a good guide to help me organise all this? Thanks in advance.

There is no fast way. You can come to Canada, and he enters as a visitor and starts inland process. He cannot apply for a work permit until he applies for PR and then gets AOR. That can take several months and then work permit processing is 4-6 months. He could work remotely for up to 6 months as long as company doesn't have Canadian offices, clients, presence. He files that as foreign income on taxes. He would not have provincial health care so make sure he has private.

Pets will be the easiest part. If fly directly, they just need the rabies certificate and airline ticket.

Adding another option: he could apply for outland sponsorship from the UK which would continue being processed while in Canada. He could apply for an SOWP faster because he should receive AOR faster if he applies for sponsorship a bit earlier. He would need to be in Canada before he applied for an SOWP. If he applies Outland that would also allow him to go back to the UK or other countries while his application is being processed. Not sure if he will need to return to the UK for his job during the sponsorship period for example, may need to travel to settle affairs in the UK, family commitments, etc.
