Papillary Carcinoma (Thyroid Cancer) - SWOP Applicant

My spouse was diagnosed with papillary carcinoma and underwent surgery to remove part of the gland one year ago. Now, my spouse is taking medication for thyroid hormone replacement. In this case, will there be medical inadmissibility?

When going for a medical exam, do I need to carry a surgical/oncology report? I had a follow-up about 8 months ago. Do I need a letter from surgeon?
Please guide me.

Unlikely. Thyroid hormone replacement drugs are inexpensive. Monitoring would likely be the bigger expense. I would bring a summary of your medical records to your medical and I would also send them to IRCC after the medical request with some context not just the file in the hopes that this may prevent potential additional medical requests.

Planning to go for upfront medical. In which section to upload medical records in the application portal? Client info or something.
