Hi,

I received my P1 last weekk and sent the reply email as well. However, I noticed that my phone was in power-saving mode, so the email appeared in dark colour. Is that okay, or should I resend the email? I'm confused about whether resending it could cause any problems.

Hi, the same thing happened to me, I've repplied the P1 using mobile phone, and later when I checked the email using the computer the text was highlighted in black.
Did you resubmit the p1 email or did it work with no further action?
