I have a question. My work permit will be expiring on 20th December. When I would apply ? Last time I applied 5 months earlier and it took too long to get. And I don’t know may it was the reason . Simone plz can guide me. Thanks

Apply 2 weeks-one month before the expiration date — NOT earlier. I applied 4 months in advance and it took 6 months to receive the new WP. I’ve also seen many people apply too early and end up facing the same delay.

Had no visibility over any updates as my lawyer had ownership of my application...1st office montreal 2nd mississauga...

Has anyone received any updates after submitting the additional documents IRCC requested? I submitted mine on June 16th, and I still haven’t received anything. I also asked for the GCMS notes two months ago, but I haven’t received those either.
