CEC - Intention to leave quebec

For one of the reasons to leave quebec, I mentioned that my lease is the only thing holding me back and I would leave once my lease gets transfered. But I have a real challenge finding someone to agree. What are my options?

Why did you sign a new lease in July if you were going to apply for CEC or may have already applied. Assume you also work in Quebec so that is another tie.
