When we applied, and on may again. I think they forget or dismiss it because they are asking for a form 5604 that we already sent :/

I was checking and the form we sent was 5406. They are requetsing :

Declaration from Non-accompanying Parent/Guardian for Minors Immigrating to Canada​

But now im confused. Who has to fulfill and sign this form. IRCC email my husband, but who will be the signer.
The form is for the non-acompanying parent but my husband is coming to Canada with our daughter.

am I the one who must sign the form with a notary as witness?

Please share experiences. Thanks.

Are u and husband both the child biological parents? If yes it would be the dependent outside Canada.
If the answer to the question above was no for one of you, then it would be child biological parent that is nolonger in a relationship with the either one of u parents

it´s my husdand, the daughter is our daughter. So he must sign even if he is coming?
It´s confused because say non-acompanying, that means like he is not coming.

Other thing, they are requesting form imm0008 for him. So in Program will be refugee? Outside of Canada?
I tough it is family sponsor because they are not refugees like me but maybe is in our category= there are no many options in the form, like refugee dependants-

Somebody had filled this form for a spouse? what do you choose=

Because that is where I get emails from requesting for documents. It states Accra Ghana.
