Emergency Visa on Mothers Death

I would like to know what is the timeline for getting Tourist visa to attend last rites of mother as all death related documents are enclosed in application along with financials of self and spouse.
I already have twice visa rejection in 2023 and 2024

Fortunately they have emergency visa process and we got Passport request in exact 38 hours
