My wife committed marriage fraud. Will marriage annulment deport her?

You say claim so how do you know? If he is married and you have proof (license, marriage registration), then file a police report and move on with your life. Nothing to do with immigration. If he didn't file for your PR then why?

My wife just came to Canada 2025 May 29th she stayed with me June 11th 2025 that day she received permanent residence card around 2:00 afternoon right after 2 hours he called the police and she said I don't provide her food she want to go to Toronto I told the police before the marriage she said she have no family members family friends in Canada and I have 3 years responsibility police doesn't care they force me to Let Her Go and since that she's in Brampton hiding somewhere and she was telling me you can't do anything and nobody can Deport me I only marry you because of Canada she just want a permanent residence I filed the complaint and I provide all the evidence I have she assault me and my mother how far the complained at RCMP physical assault and marriage of convenience it's over here nothing happening
When did you report it? It can take a very long time to investigate claims and it is very tough to prove marriage fraud so IRCC doesn’t pursue many cases. In your case it seems a bit more blatant but if no domestic abuse was present proving this becomes difficult. Would suggest speaking to an immigration lawyer.
Last year in June 13th 2025 when I talk to RCMP they said you don't need a lawyer they already talked to Canada border service and Canada Border service saying filed case and charge her it's easy for them to deport we'll see because she's disappeared almost a year and a half now I believe they know she just used me otherwise who leave with them 30 days the day you receive permanent residence and you make excuse I'm not providing the food I have all the videos and pictures to prove she's a mine I have a cameras in my house because my parents are old so I put the camera before she come to Canada to see they are okay because I work in town luckily one night I was checking all the camera recordings so I found all those 30 days recording she's cooking eating and also she putting a towel on the cameras to not record but those video are too big I can upload it on the immigration page so I emailed them whenever they needed I have all and also she lie at the interview the arrangement it was not arrangement so I have a lot of enough proof to prove she's a liar it's all pre-planned
You sound creepy! Like a stalker! I would leave too if I was being recorded 24/7 in my home! I would call that abusive!
All you can do is wait. When did you personally contact the CBSA and even IRCC?
use your brain and read the message again I'm saying my parents are old before she comes nobody at home so I put the cameras because if my parents need help so I can call ambulance or police and also camera only on kitchen and the drawing room
