My timeline is below,but even I received my AOR and test invite I can not make the tracker, I can not receive the code on my email, I called IRCC and sent them webform but nothing changed:

There appears to be a glitch in the system where the email with the code gets sent to the email address you used for your PR application. If you have used a representative for that, reach out to them - they will have received the code.

Is the email address you used for your citizenship application different than the one you used for your PR Application? Do you use multiple addresses and have you checked them all? Because this appears to be the main reason people don't get the code - it gets sent to a different email address.

Days, weeks, months, who knows? Looking at previous months, if all goes really well, you could see LPP completed near the end of the month. If you're lucky maybe mid/late September for oath? But i mean, it's just guessing really. Could be November too.
