Previous refusal - Visitor visa in 2023, application was refused due to missing IMM 5546 form however we never received ADR.
Father retired under Ministry of defence - Although his role was in road construction, Form IMM 5546 provided upfront with every small detail.

My father visitor visa was also refused in 2023. I called IRCC yesterday just to ask about medical and i asked if my dad file is routine and non-routine and she said it is a routine application, however it is still in initial stage but after hearing that it is a routine application gave me a relief since he has military background.
