UAE Police Clearance Certificate

Hi all,

We lived in UAE for 10+ years so IRCC requested a PCC upon our PR application approval. I'm running into an issue regarding UAE police clearance certificate. My families PCC came the next working day without any issue, but mine is completely wrong. The PCC they are sending me is not even me, its someone else, different name, different picture, but same ID number as me. I used my families respective ID number for their PCC and it came correctly.

Has anyone else here that has run into the same issue as me? What was the outcome? Please advise. Any help would be appreciated.

You mean you received P1 email and after that, IRCC requested Police Clearance Certificate from you? After your PR application has already been approved?

That's weird. This PCC in the UAE is a system-generated report.
Maybe it would help if you can visit ICP (or anyone you know who is still living in the UAE). Calling or sending an email won't help.
If you don't have anyone still living there, maybe your only option is to try to send them an email.
