Hi!
I am sponsoring my common law partner ( pgwp), i am permanent resident.

I’m really anxious, and if anyone can give their opinion, it will help.

These are the proofs we have-
- lease from last 2 years
- T4,NOA, from last two years, showing same address and marital status as common law
- my drivers license, and my partners SIN number which says issued in 2023, and displays same address
- support letters from friends
- photos from last 4 years.
- plane tickets for Mexico, punta Cana showing both of our names

There is a problem. I forgot to change address on bank, and now my bank statements from last 2 years show old address. I want to include them because we have a lot of e transfers history on our statements from last 2 years.

We don’t have joint account.
We don’t pay for utilities ( included in rent, mentioned in lease)

Do i have enough proof?
Is my file strong enough?
What should i do about bank statement situation?
Do i need more proofs?

Please give your opinions.
Thank you!

No need to include it then.

It should have been a joint account and with the same address to have any value .

That's bad, but not catastrophic.

You are good if your lease has both of your names on it.

I would skip:

- support letters from friends
- photos from last 4 years.
