Hey folks, hoping for some guidance from anyone who's dealt with this.
I've been working for a company that's fully remote — no physical office anywhere, everyone works from home. My employer (a subsidiary) is a legally incorporated Ontario corporation, active status, with a registered/head office address on file with the Ontario Business Registry (Toronto, ON)(Link: Link to OBR) — so the company is 100% legit, just doesn't have a "real" office since it's remote-first.
I've been in this role for over 6 months, working from my home in Halifax, NS the whole time.
For the Express Entry work history section, I've seen conflicting advice:
Anyone dealt with a similar situation — fully remote employer, no physical office, but properly incorporated? What address did you end up using, and did it cause any issues at ITA/document stage?

For the Express Entry work history section, I've seen conflicting advice:
- Some say use the employer's official registered business address, even for remote work
- Others say use your physical location where you actually performed the work
- Push my HR/payroll team for the exact registered street address, or
- Use my own physical (Halifax) location since that's genuinely where I worked, or
- Something else entirely
