Send in a webform saying she has already completed the biometrics.

Yes i already did but still update in portal. And got standard reply from IRCC

My father applied for a visitor visa from India in April. Biometrics were submitted on 29th April and completed on 1st May. Since then, there has been no further updates on the application. He has no defence background. We are wondering if at this stage, it would make sense to withdraw the application and apply again as the current processing time is 20 days.
