You get Final Decision twice? Because there’s one that comes before P1 and P2 - are you saying there’s another one after that as well, after ECORP?

Final decision for PR card is when picture and address you submitted at P2 is approved and card goes to printing and mailed out a few days after
First final decision is for pr application
Second is pr card approval

When I go to "My mail" tab in the bottom of the page, it shows nothing

after you sign up for my mail you should see two columns, incoming and delivered .
Mine was mailed on Monday it only appeared on the app on Wednesday and then got delivered the next day

Yep we're looking at the same thing. Both "Incoming" and "Delivered" say, "No new mail to display; we'll show new mail here when it arrives"

Depends on area where you live
It might just not have been scanned yet at the processing center , it could show same day it’s delivered and might not even show
So check you mail box
You should get it before next week ends

I could only hope for that! Both IRCC and Canada Post are slow and unresponsive
