You need to link your pr card application info to your Gckey. It’s different from the permanent resident application itself

If status says submitted then wait and keep checking
Once you see a final decision. It’s usually mailed out a couple days after FD and then you will see it written below clearly when it’s mailed out

You get Final Decision twice? Because there’s one that comes before P1 and P2 - are you saying there’s another one after that as well, after ECORP?
