Rejection reason:
Thank you for your interest in coming to Canada. I have reviewed your temporary resident visa (visitor visa) application and supporting documentation to assess whether you meet the requirements for a visitor visa (
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/eligibility.html
). This includes assessing whether you are coming to Canada temporarily for the reason(s) you describe in your application. I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) (
https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/I-2.5/index.html
) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR) (
https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/index.html
).

I am refusing your application.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (
https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-179.html
). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

Officer's notes.
1. How long was visit?
2. What did they show that they will return?
3. What was purpose of visit and itinerary.

They have 2 refusals so show that they will return - job letter with approved leave, business, income property etc. If visit is too long then refused too.

1. How long was visit = 1 month
2. What did they show that they will return = Son's wedding next year (2027), care giver of elderly mother and ongoing business activity
3. What was purpose of visit and itinerary = We didn't mentioned any itinerary, (I have mentined they will stay with me at my home during their stay)
Purpose of visit : Family visit and sightseeing to explore Canadian culture and tourist attractions.

We added proof of own house, agriculture land and business,

Anything we can improve here ?

Where are they from? How much personal savings have they shown? 2 months a long time if the tie is a business snd caring for elderly mother. Where does the brother live and has he ever applied to live abroad if he lived in his home country? Have they travelled internationally before especially to countries like US, UK, Australia, etc. What is your status in Canada and how long have you lived here?

1. Visit too long. Keep to 2 weeks.
2. The only tie is their business. So it is in both their names only and they showed business registration, taxes paid, client invoices etc. They don't have family ties to return.
3. So they had no plan for one month. Yeah, IRCC doesn't think they will leave.

Regarding family ties, we have already mentioned that my parents have strong family connections in India, including their son and my grandmother, they are Indian citizens and have lived in India their entire lives. They also have all of their assets and established life in India.

What other evidence can we provide to further demonstrate their strong family ties to their home country?

Also, since they will be staying with me at my home in Canada, is it still necessary to prepare a detailed travel itinerary?

So family connections are spouse and children under 22. They don't have strong family connections if you are in Canada and PR. Grandmother is not a tie. Their ties to return are jobs with approved leave, business in their name only, income property with leases.

Yes they need an itinerary. Show they have a plan with an end date.
