Hi, my application has been stuck in fd since dec 2025 ive heard nothing from IRCC since then. Before the tracker went down, i could see all 4 stages marked as completed and the copr number as well.
Sending webforms only got me automated responses.
I've called twice and was told just to wait. I did confirm with them that: 1. I'm not stuck in css 2. all four stages are indeed passed. 3. no email was sent from their end, ruling out the possibility of having updates sent to wrong address.
I just ordered gcms notes a few days ago and have yet to received them.

I'm not quite sure what to do at this point. Anyone in similar situation before? If so how did it turn out for you?
AOR was end of aug btw.

You can't do anything, but wait. See what shows up in GCMS notes (despite the system saying "all completed" - I'd wait and see if the notes says something different). "All completed" in tracker is often "ready for a final review", but the FD date counters that argument, but we don't know how much of it is exactly strictly tied between systems (e.g. all passed -> FD flow could in theory be a loosely defined flow). Once you get your notes, check them on activity completion date and if you see no "re-review" or anything that's odd, then it will be a game of waiting again.

I've seen couple of months of Post FD wait for most people, but just like how delayed BILs (6+ months) have happened, waiting for the RFV/PPR can happen too. Your notes will be a good starting point. Fwiw, if there's nothing odd about your application (e.g. late stage flags), you should be getting your RFV/PPR soon.
