Hi @alabinnexus - Did you received the email for tracker details on the AOR date or you created the Tracker yourself on May 19?
Citizenship Timeline
March 25, 2026 - Submit online Group application
June 24, 2026 - Received AOR
June 26, 2026 - Got a letter request for fingerprints.
I wanted to ask if there's similar situation? It says reason is Canadian citizenship act 21 or 22.
I change my last name to my husband's name. So my PR card and passport is the same name but my driver's license and everything is my new name.

@haliek20 How did you got the Fingerprint request? Have you already got registered in the application tracker or received any email?
Thank you, Gents, I actually received an email from IRCC saying I can register the tracker now with the link the same as Nathanns left above.
However, there is no difference; I still can't register the tracker with a new application number, and when I log in with the previous tracker account. It shows me
"We’re experiencing a technical difficulty"
Your received AOR yesterday on Thursday? If so, try tracker only tomorrow, going forward. It takes at least 48hrs after AOR even if you received the tracker email 24hrs after AOR.
Did anyone received tracker email before receiving AOR?
I got this mail today:
"Dear Client,
Thank you for submitting your application for a grant of Canadian citizenship. Your application was created in our system on 06/22/2026 14:30:31 and is currently in progress.
You can now follow the progress of your application with our Citizenship Application Tracker."
However, I haven't get an AOR mail, and don't know the application number.
Is this common?

Thanks, Chihaz, i will try later probablly. I tried it on the same day of receiving AOR, just because I saw some earlier threads said they linked it to the tracker the same day receiving AOR.
Yeah, that happens sometimes. The tracker email can come before the official AOR, but you usually won’t be able to do much with it until the AOR is issued and the application number is active in the system.
