So you want to visit your child so in January apply for TRV. You want to show ties to return (job, business, income property), funds, strong travel history. Given you have an exclusion order, no family ties and child in Canada then chances of refusal are high. All you can do is try.
You should have already been making plans to try to eventually qualify for economic pathways to secure PR. Your chances of being approved for a TRV or being granted entry into Canada are fairly low given your immigration history especially in the near future. Start learning French, study and of work in an NOC in demand in Canada, etc. Depending on your age this may be your only realistic pathway to return to Canada. You should also be hiring a lawyer to try to secure custody/visitation of your child whether it ends up being inside or outside Canada. You can apply for a TRV at the same time (that doesn’t guarantee entry into Canada) and wait for H&C to be processed which could take decades but you should be taking steps to work towards economic immigration pathways at the same time.
