Spouse Visitor visa refusal

I received a CEC Invitation just before the marriage. After getting married, added her details to the application mentioning Non-Accompanying Spouse. While the PR application is in process. I applied for my wife's visitor visa but was refused. What are my options now, and will this affect the PR application?

This isn’t a family sponsorship issue this is a CEC issue. Unless your spouse qualifies for an SOWP she may have to wait to join you in Canada until after PR. The TRv refusal won’t have an impact. If you only qualified if she was non-accompanying you have to consider that issue as well.
