As the other person said, ecopr is received after you submit your photo (portal 2).
That took 27 days for me. Im waiting for the card. Dont know how long will be. But now already passed almost 4 weeks since my ecopr.

Kindly let us know if you get any update on your card, hope you have linked your application to GCkey
Also, for me, I go to my EcoPR on May 7th. Still no update on the PR portal saying "In review with IRCC"

Gc key is better for pr cards update
I received my pr card in the mail last week
Pr portal still says in review.
Once it’s mailed you will get an update on Gckey not the pr portal
Gc key is more current than the portal
I have my pr card and portal is still in review

I know someone who has applied for citizenship already and pr portal still says in reviewLol that was good. Probably will happen sane for me

Once you see final decision you are a couple days away from receiving your card in the mail
Probably what gfr says is right, try linking your application to gckey , if you are unable to link you can call ircc and get the exact details what they have and then you will be able to link it.Lol that was good. Probably will happen sane for me
