How to submit mother's death certificate

My mom a permanent resident recently passed away while in India.
how do i inform or do i need to inform IRCC? i know ill have to inform the CRA

CRA and economic development (the SIN people), others. But I'm not aware that IRCC needs to be notified, and I don't think it is necessary.
