Hello, I applied inland in April 2024 , then I got notified as less complex April 2026 and evidences were submitted ,what's the waiting time expectation, thanks

Less complex claims process is on pause at the moment. The process came to light recently during the government immigration committee because it wasn’t widely known outside of those involved with immigration/asylum seekers. Unclear whether it will continue and in what format and whether a hearing will now be required for all applicants.

Would assume is likely that all cases will now have to at least have a short hearing. That the less complex files without hearings are why really lead to the faster processing times. By the time you were added to the less complex files the backlog even for this category had grown significantly so it may still quite a while for your case to be heard. Not sure what your grounds for asylum are but you would have obtained PR much faster had you just applied for PR based on French language skills from Algeria.
