Hi, yes I am checking my email daily at various times. Nothing. I tried linking it to GCKEY by using the name DOB, and passport information. The application is not in the system. Tomorrow I mark 90 days of no emails. I heard webforms usually causes delays. The pr portal says "Submitted " nothing else. I haven't received it in mails either. It's weird I see many many march and April applicants already received their AOR and some started medical and biometrics. This is why I am getting anxious. Like I don't even know if all good or It's will be returned at p. Cuz that will only cause more delay and more waiting times. Which I can't afford.
There is no fixed order followed by officers. Generally, order of processing: Biometrics - Medical - SPR Eli - PA Eli - Background Check (Crim, Info Sharing & Security) - Portal/PPR and so on.. In your case, PA eligiblity is already done which is most important step for PR.. So, they would request medical soon.. Normally for outland spouse, I have seen 2-4 weeks after AOR.. But they can request closer to the PPR/Portal as well.. Don't need to worry about it..
It will be 90 days, you can now inquire via webform. You can try calling too, but what I hear you may be on hold for a while and getting through to the right place takes some skill. Maybe someone else has advice on which #'s to press to get to where you need quicker.
Can anybody please tell if application tracker is working for outland spousal or apps submitted in March 2026.
What are the milestones in this application process. AOR, BIL, MIL, SA is done. How long will it take to get pre arrival services email after this. Also application tracker is not working.

For me BIL, mil, spr is done what will be the next update and how long will it take to receive. Is application tracker working dor you?
The tracker is not working for anybody and no one knows when it will come back online
It just depends on the officer when you will get the next update. No fixed timeline. But your next update will be PA eligibility and Background check (Criminality, Info Sharing and Security).. Usually, Info sharing and criminality are quicker, security takes time as it is done by CSIS and is not under IRCC control. The most important step is PA eligibility or receipt of the Pre-Arrival letter. Once that is complete, you are almost PR, just a matter of time unless there are serious background concerns..
I think they have serious technical issues, as I haven't seen any IRCC tracking system out for this long..
Yeah Noticing a few people getting pre arrival letter before bgc compilation. It's very uncertain as of now
