I have received a message on April 27th saying that they could not verify my physical presence before becoming a PR and I had a choice to submit additional documents or withdraw my application. So I have decided to withdraw my application and apply in September with physical presence with the days only after becoming PR, because i do not want to risk becoming a non routine application. Goodluck everyone!Type: Online application

Thanks for letting us know. I am facing the same issue, I will try asking my representative too on it.IRCC Citizenship Tracker Portal Login Issue - Resolved !!!!!
I found the root cause of why I wasn’t able to receive the verification code to create the tracker account.
If you previously used a representative for an older application, the verification code may still be going to the representative’s email address. In my case, I used an agent back in 2022, and he had received over 100 verification code emails because I kept trying every day. He was confused because he didn’t know whose application was triggering all those codes. Poor guy reached out immediately once we contacted him, as we only wanted to check whether he had received the code by any chance.
Even though I had already updated IRCC to remove the representative, it looks like there may still be a bug in the system where the tracker verification code continues to get sent to the old representative’s email.
So if you’re not receiving your code, check whether you had a representative on any previous IRCC application and contact them to see if they are receiving the emails.
For context, I had already called IRCC (1-888-242-2100) earlier and told them that my citizenship application was submitted by myself. I also asked them to remove the old representative information as it was still showing on my file. In my case, no form was submitted or signed by either party. Since the UCI is the same as the previous application, it looks like the old representative info may have carried over to the current application even though I did not use a rep this time. Thanks for letting us know. How did you then change the verification code to come to your email. Did your representative had to sign some form ?

Yup, even though the correct email address was showing on my end and it said the code had been sent, it still went to my previous representative. My spouse is running into the same issue, but we're in a bit of a different scenario trying to resolve...
- Attempt to create the Status Tracker account
- UCI and Application are recognized
- The correct address is shown on the webpage for verification code, but no code is ever received
- For her PR application, I was her representative
- The email I registered for that application has since been deleted and cannot be recovered or recreated
- Tried using the Webform for technical support, received a generic response on how to create an account
- Tried calling IRCC, the agent would only verify the one email shown on file and directed us to the Webform
Not sure how to work around this, and not certain what information may or may not be missed without a tracker account.
At the very least, I've noted this under the Citizenship Test Results section:

Application status
Your application status will still show as In progress if your
Your application status will show as Completed if you received a pass or fail.
- test hasn’t been reviewed yet
- test was cancelled and rescheduled
- results were invalidated
Depending on your official result, your updated application status will be 1 of the following 4 options:
You won’t get email updates, so check the tracker for the latest application status.
- Decision made on your application
- Invitation for an interview
- Invitation for a retest
- Invitation for a hearing
Only other thoughts are to attempt the Webform once again, or perhaps request an update to my email address under my UCI, and perhaps the back-end reference will also update.
My AOR is Apr 15 and still waiting for a test invite.Invitation to take the exam: May 19 ( May 22 - June 20)

In your case, you could try adding yourself as the representative with your own contact information and see if that helps you receive the code. Not sure if it will work, but it may be worth trying if the code is still not coming to your email.
If no email updates then IRCC Helpline is the only way to know the status
This solution didn’t work for me. My old representative is not listed on my profile (ircc agent confirmed it); still I am not receiving the one time code though email shared is correct.Yup, even though the correct email address was showing on my end and it said the code had been sent, it still went to my previous representative.

If it was ever listed and removed still it goes the rep I'm guessing. Are you sure you checked with the rep? This solution didn’t work for me. My old representative is not listed on my profile (ircc agent confirmed it); still I am not receiving the one time code though email shared is correct.
