Thanks for this suggestion. I spoke Joshua and he was genuinely helpful. I just emailed him docs this morning, but to my surprise I got an update on my application just few mins after I sent him the docs.

Now my background verification is complete!!! Just Prohibitions left in progress. Hopefully it moves faster from here.
