Travelling with RTD and eCOPR

I was wondering if we can exit or enter Canada after receiving the eCOPR with our RTD?

I think the eCOPR itself says it is not valid for travel, so you cannot travel with only the eCOPR. You need to wait until you receive your PR card.

You will need PR card and RTD to reenter Canada by air.

Can I travel after P1 and notify them that i will be travelling so they would hold the process? (I will be travelling for 3 weeks)
