Please stop posting the same question repeatedly. This section of the forum deals with Express Entry. Answers and timelines here are not related to the work permit process.

Can be days/weeks - usually a few weeks, but we have seen it go to months for very few cases.

AH Thanks for response I am hoping by May End then. since everything is passed should I expect Approval? no idea why it will take that long to issue PPR as I am outland applicant

PPR/RFV is manually triggered. Also, we speculate some of an "online queue" that exists through which most people are approved. So, someone not being able to do issue a PPR/RFV due to being busy OR your position in the speculative "online queue" can be a reason among many others.

Thanks for the response. I will keep checking if anything comes up in few weeks. MY IRCC tracker not even updated since April 20th so I can not even see COPR details so not sure if its approved or not.

By "tracker not even updated" you mean the date on the top right not updating?
Yes that is correct last update date on top right is April 20th. That could be the reason I can not see my COPR details as its not updated since April 20th. What i have learned if all stages been passed and then u see FD update more likely application is approved and you will see COPR details in tracker.

That date on top right has nothing to do with your application at all. IRCC has clarified this back in 2023 in a tweet. Also, forget what you hear about CoPR details in tracker and approval. People have been refused past passport stamping/portal 2 emails. You are very very likely approved (saying this in the loose sense of discussion here) if your eligibility and background check are marked pass in tracker. It is just a waiting game for you. If you haven't already, whitelist cic.gc.ca over your email (and check if you ever received a RFV mail that you never saw, also check in spam).
