I am also in same situation bro . Could you please tell me how did you proceeded with your application.Have you mentioned everything with ircc and how long you worked being out of status Currently i am in common law relation and continuing working after work permit ext refusal . Your reply and help will mean lot . Thanks in advance

If my partner is ok study permit. And we apply for Spousal sponsorship. Can we leave study after AOR and apply for work permit?

Partner can apply for work permit but cannot work until approved. If wants to stop studies then change status to visitor.
