Yes, we did. Got refused for not indicating her employment even though her offer letter and leave of absence was uploaded.
Oh, did you submit a web form or call to ask if they could reopen the file? If you already provided the offer letter and leave of absence, I don’t understand why it was still refused.

From what I’ve seen, it still seems hit or miss. I thought officers were being instructed to be more lenient with spouse TRVs after an AOR is issued. I’m still debating whether I should apply or not.

Just a suggestion, Call this number 1-888-242-2100 (inside canada) and press 2 if you don't have UCI number of PA and then follow prompts. Once connected to agent, then ask the agent if your spouse file is uploaded onto to GCMS system. If yes, please ask for application number. If the application number starts with XF, then your file hasn't passed completeness check. If it starts with F, then it is permanent file number and documents are uploaded onto GCMS and just waiting for AOR to be issued. These observation are based on my personal experience and observation. I know it is quite difficult to wait when others are getting update. By calling, you will at least know what is happening with your spouse PR application.
