Hello everyone, i have submitted the application for my husband outland spousal sponsorship. he is an asylum seeker in states and he lost his passport, we applied for it six months ago but haven't got any response from Indian consulates despite of emailing them multiple times. we have to provide his biometrics but we do not have any passport and nor is Indian embassy consulate responding to anything. is there anyone who have in similar situation. are there any alternative that can used to give biometric, he has his passport photocpy application record for new passport and i-385. any help would be appreciated. thank you
