Hi everyone,
I’m preparing a Super Visa application for my parents-in-law and had a quick question regarding the invitation/sponsorship letter.
Is it required for the Super Visa invitation letter or financial support letter to be notarized, or is a signed letter sufficient as per IRCC requirements?
For context, my parents-in-law have had previous visitor visa refusals due to concerns about their financial situation and ties to their home country. We are now applying under the Super Visa category, and the sponsors (my spouse and I) meet the LICO requirements and will be providing full financial support.
Would notarizing the letter add any significant value, or is it generally not necessary?
Thanks in advance for your guidance!
